Marketer Member 

Dues based on gallonage/year

Any person, partnership or corporation whose petroleum business is confined to the marketing branch of the petroleum industry, and who has a license or distributor number issued by the state of Missouri to distribute gasoline or other petroleum products. Marketer dues are based on each one thousand (1000) gallons handled in the penultimate calendar year as reported by the State of Missouri as follows:

              1  –   2,500,000  —  $.15 per 1,000 gallons . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Minimum $ 300
  2,500,001  –   5,000,000  —  $.14 per 1,000 gallons, accumulative
  5,000,001  – 10,000,000  —  $.13 per 1,000 gallons, accumulative
10,000,001  – 20,000,000  —  $.05 per 1,000 gallons, accumulative
20,000,001  – 30,000,000  —  $.04 per 1,000 gallons, accumulative
30,000,001  – 40,000,000  —  $.03 per 1,000 gallons, accumulative
40,000,001  – 50,000,000  —  $.02 per 1,000 gallons . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Maximum $2,775

Convenience Store Member*

$200/year
+ $50 per additional c-store with a Maximum of $2,775

Any person, partnership or corporation engaged in the convenience store business and who does not have a motor fuel license or distributor number issued by the state of Missouri to distribute gasoline or other petroleum products.

* If supplier is an MPCA Marketer Member. 
   If supplier is a Non-MPCA Member, C-Store Member Dues = $300/year + $50 per additional c-store with a Maximum of $2,775

Associate Member

$300/year

Must be engaged in an industry directly allied to the petroleum industry or performs services for the petroleum industry and members of this Association.

Refiner / Producer Member

$800/year

Any person, partnership or corporation engaged in the business of producing and/or refining petroleum and petroleum products.

MPCA MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

All categories of membership are eligible to participate as a Partner Member.
Additionally, all current members can add additional employees of the company as Affiliate Members.

Partner Member

$6,500 / year

Any company eligible for membership in MPCA can participate as a Partner Member. This rate includes the member's annual dues and numerous other benefits including: publicity in MPCA's publications and on the website; one (1) PACE booth; four (4) golf tournament registrations and one (1) golf hole sponsorship; and four (4) affiliate memberships.

Partner Marketer Member

$5,000 / year

Any company eligible for Marketer membership in MPCA can participate as a Partner Marketer Member. This rate includes the member's annual dues and numerous other benefits including: publicity in MPCA's publications and on the website; four (4) golf tournament registrations and one (1) golf hole sponsorship; and four (4) affiliate memberships. 

Affiliate Member 

$125 / year per person
